We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

  • Maintenance, administration and quality assurance of article master data
  • Recording, updating and structured maintenance of all relevant features, specifications and product information
  • Maintaining upselling and cross-selling assignments to support optimal product networking.
  • Support in the harmonization and standardization of master data
  • Active communication with suppliers to obtain, clarify, and update relevant article and product data.
  • Independent procurement and maintenance of missing product information such as images, texts, features and technical data
  • Tracking down missing information and ensuring a complete, up-to-date and consistent database

Your profile

  • Completed basic commercial or technical training
  • Initial professional experience in the field of data management, master data maintenance or in a comparable function
  • An affinity for motorcycles and/or bicycles is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills; English skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent user skills in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics D365)
  • Structured, independent and reliable work style with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong affinity for numbers and confident handling of key performance indicators and analyses.
  • Resilient personality with a careful and solution-oriented mindset
