Business Intelligence Analyst (m/w/d) 80–100 %
Your challenges
- Supporting management and specialist departments through meaningful analyses, key performance indicators, and data-based decision-making.
- Recording, analysis and implementation of requirements from the specialist departments
- Analysis and optimization of business processes
- Development and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Development and optimization of solutions using Excel, Power Query and Power Pivot
- Creation and optimization of SQL queries and data models
- Creation and further development of KPI, management and departmental reports
- Ensuring and continuously improving data quality
- Participation in data cleansing and master data projects
Your profile
- Advanced education in business administration, business informatics, data analytics or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting
- A sound understanding of business processes, preferably from a manufacturing company, as well as the ability to translate technical requirements into solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data
- Experience in creating analyses, dashboards, and reports
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI, Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot) and SQL
- Experience in data modeling, databases, and data quality and master data projects is an advantage.
- Independent, structured work style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
