About the position

In this role, you will assume central responsibility for the conception, architecture, and development of innovative agentic AI systems and technical AI frameworks. You will work on integrating modern AI solutions into existing MarTech ecosystems and define technical standards for scalable AI applications.
With your technical and conceptual expertise, you will support demanding client projects and advise key accounts on the further development of their marketing and technology landscapes. At the same time, you will actively drive new AI use cases and make a significant contribution to the technological advancement of gateB.

Your tasks

• You will support our clients in implementing challenging and strategic projects that involve connecting various data sources and content creation, and distributing content across multiple digital channels. You will utilize state-of-the-art technologies in this process.
• Based on our portfolio of leading and independent cloud solutions, you can bring your ideas to life.
• You analyze customer requirements and use cases and develop technical and economic solutions.
• You design information structures as well as mockups/wireframes to visualize solutions.
• You present your results to the client and explain the technical details.
• You discuss requirements with the development team and develop work packages from them.
• Together with the sales team, you will determine the range of solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and generative AI-based content creation, and implement these together with the engineering team.
• You are an active driver for the further development of our customer and solution portfolio, bringing new methods, skills and scaling approaches to our team and defining new standards.

Your profile

• You have completed training or studies in the field of (business) informatics or have a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in software engineering (e.g., Python, TypeScript) and experience in the architecture of complex IT or AI solutions.
• Ideally, you have already worked with the orchestration of LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks, or would like to delve deeper into this area.
• You have experience in the design and development of AI infrastructures or automation solutions.
• Knowledge of production or publishing systems as well as MarTech platforms (e.g. Censhare, Aprimo) is advantageous.
• You enjoy taking on professional responsibility and ideally have already coordinated developers or technical consultants.
• Conceptual thinking is one of your strengths, and you are good at translating technical solutions to customer needs.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and with high quality standards.
• You have a hands-on mentality – you're willing to delve into technical details yourself when needed.
• You communicate confidently in German and are fluent in English.
