Your everyday life

In our product development department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Personnel management of the Mobile Applications Team with two software engineers
• Design and implementation of high-quality mobile applications in the corporate environment (ERP, Field Services, Warehouse, Logistics)
• Ongoing updates, expansion, and optimization of existing applications
• Contribution to all phases of a development cycle, from requirements analysis through development and testing to deployment and maintenance.
• Contributing to the planning of new releases and the organizational development of the department.
• Review/creation of concepts as a basis for new features
• Coordination of activities for new features within and, where necessary, outside your team.
• Proactive and continuous monitoring of current development trends and technologies
• Participation in various committees, roundtables and concept teams

Your background

To ensure you can successfully start or get off to a great start with us, you already have:

• Solid education (university/ETH or university of applied sciences) in computer science or a comparable field
• Knowledge of relevant technologies for developing mobile applications under .NET (MAUI, WUP, relational databases) on Windows and Android; iOS (Swift) experience is an advantage.
• Extensive professional experience as a software engineer
• Affinity and understanding of business processes (ERP)
• Experience in developing standard applications is an advantage.
• A strong understanding of how decisions made during software development affect the long-term maintainability and homogeneity of the codebase.
• High quality awareness
• Good communication skills, team spirit, healthy assertiveness, flexibility, independence, creative problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Motivation to lead and develop a team
