- Responsibility for strategy, vision and roadmap in the area of product data
- Prioritizing initiatives with a focus on business impact, data quality, and efficiency
- Professional leadership of a cross-functional team and ensuring effective collaboration
- Close coordination with engineering for the successful implementation of product goals
- Management of the entire product lifecycle from discovery to further development
- Further development of core product data capabilities (e.g., master data, enrichment, automation)
- Ensuring consistent, scalable and high-quality product data
- Identification and implementation of optimization potentials along the processes
- Promoting automation, including through the use of AI and LLM solutions
- Creating transparency regarding goals, progress and impact

This is what you bring with you
- Several years of experience in product management of digital products or platforms
- Experience in a strategic product role (e.g., Product Lead)
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and engineering
- A good understanding of product data, data models, and scalable system landscapes.
- Experience in handling complex product ranges and related processes
- Solid knowledge of agile product development (e.g. Scrum)
- Ability to use agile methods pragmatically and effectively
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
- Analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking
- Ideally, experience with PIM, MDM, data-driven work, and AI/LLM tools.
