Data Scientist/Analyst 80-100% (w/m/d)

Your tasks

• Journey Analyses & Insights : You will further develop the reporting from KPI dashboards to journey/funnel-based analyses (cohorts, retention, conversion, drop-offs) and derive concrete optimization insights and recommendations for action from them.
• Insight generation & stakeholder communication : You are the first point of contact for answering business and product questions using appropriate methods (descriptive analyses, segmentation, hypotheses/experiments, causal approaches if necessary, etc.), processing and presenting findings independently and in a target group-oriented manner (product, engineering, business, management).
• Data strategy : Contributing to the further development and implementation of our data strategy with a focus on relevant use cases in the product.
• Reporting : You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and commenting on our product and company KPIs.
• Tracking & Product Collaboration : You will work closely with engineering and product development to define, implement and continuously improve tracking requirements – so that product decisions are based on reliable data.

Your profile

• You have a master's degree in data science, computer science, natural sciences, (industrial engineering, economics or a comparable field).
• At least 4 years of hands-on professional experience in a Data Analyst/Scientist role, utilizing analytical skills. Experience with app tracking data and handling health data is a plus.
• You have a solid foundation in statistics and/or machine learning and hands-on experience applying common methods for ad-hoc analyses. Experience with MLOps is a plus.
• You are a very confident programmer for data processing and analysis, you are proficient in common programming languages ​​(SQL, Python, etc.) and you place great value on automation.
• You work precisely, have a structured and analytical way of working, know how to help yourself and find ways to independently ensure the quality of your work.
• Your sense of responsibility, your proactivity in and for the team, as well as fluent German and English skills round off your profile.
