In our team of around 50 Data & AI consultants in Switzerland, you'll work closely with our clients on exciting projects, using quantitative methods to solve their challenges. Sharing knowledge within the community and actively contributing to our growing Data & AI services are integral parts of the role. Internationally, you'll benefit from a network of over 200 experts.

• Advising our clients on issues related to data analytics, reporting and data-driven decision support.

• Analysis of business challenges and development of practical analytics and reporting concepts.

• Conceptualization and implementation of scalable reporting and analytics solutions based on modern data architectures.

• Participation in customer projects in various roles – from analysis and conception to engineering, implementation or project management tasks.

• Contribution to the further development of our Data & AI consulting portfolio as well as support in the acquisition of new projects.

This job is for you if

• You enjoy analyzing complex problems in a structured way and developing data-driven solutions.

• You have sound knowledge of data analytics methods, data architectures and reporting solutions.

• Topics such as data quality, data governance, clean ETL/ELT processes and IBCS-compliant reporting are second nature to you.

• You have gained practical experience in data engineering, data analysis and data visualization.

• You are comfortable working with common analytics tools, such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, Qlik Sense or SAP Analytics Cloud.

• You enjoy working with different stakeholders and can communicate complex content in an understandable way.

• You have consulting or project experience and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work.

• You hold a master's degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g., data science, mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.

• You are proficient in both German and English at least at C1 level and can communicate confidently with clients and project teams.

• Knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS or GCP).

• Experience with agile project methods such as Scrum or SAFe.
