We are looking for a:

Software Engineer - (DevOps Platforms)

Context :

The DevOps Platforms team is responsible for setting up and maintaining cross-functional infrastructure and CI/CD tools common to engineering teams, such as container orchestration, deployment automation, monitoring, and the security and stability of our delivery pipelines.

Your responsibilities:

• Deployment & Orchestration: Deploy, maintain, and optimize workloads on Kubernetes while maximizing resource efficiency
• Observability: Implement and unify logs (Elastic), metrics (Prometheus) and tracing (OpenTelemetry/Jaeger) on distributed environments to facilitate debugging and performance optimization.
• Resource optimization: Working on cost and performance efficiency (autoscaling, scheduling, quota management, image optimization, densification...)
• Quality & Reliability: Ensuring the robustness, security, and reproducibility of deployments in a critical environment
• CI/CD & Automation: Improving and industrializing our Gitlab CI pipelines.

The profile that excites us:

• Proven experience in Kubernetes (operators, Helm, CRDs, networking, autoscaling).
• Experience in PHP workload management
• Proficiency in GitLab CI (pipelines, runners, variables, integration with Kubernetes).
• A taste for quality, reliability and performance.
• Ability to work in a critical environment (high SLA, high availability).
• Good ability to collaborate with development and infrastructure teams

A plus if you have knowledge in:

• Laravel
• Golang, Python
• Open-source contributions or side projects are welcome.
• You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate positive communication skills.
