As Site Cybersecurity & Digital Leader (m/f/d), you will ensure that our site operates in a digitally secure, resilient, and future-proof manner. You will be responsible for the site's overall cybersecurity, implementing the global strategy locally and further developing your own site-specific cybersecurity roadmap. With your technical know-how and expertise, you will actively shape the digital transformation of our OT and IT landscapes.

Your IMPACT
- Responsible for IT/OT cybersecurity and the site's security performance
- Leading projects in the areas of IT/OT and Smart Operations
- Conducting and managing cyber risk assessments
- Representation of the site in Smart, DOA and SPS meetings
- Implementation of cybersecurity measures and strengthening of IT resilience
- Coordination with IT and business departments regarding digital applications, tools and infrastructures
- Central point of contact for IT business partners on cybersecurity topics
- Ensuring the complete capture and reporting of all applications and cybersecurity requirements
Your profile
- Completed training in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity, ideally in a production or industrial context
- Solid knowledge of OT security, network security and relevant standards (e.g. NIST, IEC 62443)
- Successful leadership experience in continuous improvement projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way.
- Very good English and German skills
