Tasks

Pipeline & Conversion Ownership

  • Own the lead-to-appointment funnel end-to-end: response time, qualification quality, handover to agent
  • Define and enforce conversion standards across the IS team
  • Analyse funnel data weekly to identify drop-off points and close gaps
  • Build structured lead nurture sequences for cold and warm leads that are not yet ready to transact
AI & Automation Focus
  • Implement and refine AI voice agents and chat solutions to provide 24/7 lead response and initial qualification.
  • Build and maintain automated CRM Action Plans and lead-routing triggers to eliminate manual friction and data entry.
  • Continuously audit the lead lifecycle to identify bottlenecks, using AI tools to automate routine follow-ups and lost lead revival.
  • Eliminate unnecessary manual work through workflow automation.
Leadership & Coaching
  • Lead a team segmented into specialized BDR and SDR roles.
  • Orchestrate our AI Agents for different use cases
  • Use AI-driven call analysis to provide consistent coaching, focusing on emotional intelligence (EQ) and advanced objection handling.
  • Ensure seamless, high-context transfers of qualified leads to real estate agents, establishing a trusted advisor status for the team and brand.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Growth teams to develop integrated nurture systems that warm up leads before they reach Inside Sales.
  • Work across our mission teams to ensure that key inside sales and client insights are taken into account throughout key initiatives.
  • Provide sales and marketing with real-time conversion dat
  • Partner with the Head of AI Strategy & Adoption to leverage AI workflows, voice agents and CRM automations that are made available to your team – you are the key user and feedback loop, not the builder
Job requirements
Must-Haves:
  • Experience: at least 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Call Center or Sales Operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Education: at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent education. Alternatively, equivalent hands-on experience in building outbound and AI-driven sales systems.
  • AI & Tech Literacy: Proven ability to implement and manage AI solutions (AI Voice Agents) and complex CRM functionality.
  • Systems Thinking: A track record of improving sales processes through technology rather than just increasing call volume combined with an understanding of how to integrate systems.
  • High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to coach a team on building trust quickly and navigating complex human emotions in high-stakes real estate transactions.
  • Data Proficiency: Comfortable tracking and managing performance through KPIs throughout the sales funnel.
Strong Advantage:
  • Background in fast-growing environments is a big advantage
  • Experience with AI-Tools and AI platforms
  • Prior exposure to Swiss or DACH market
  • Academic background from a leading university (ETH, EPFL, HSG, or international equivalent) is a plus – what matters most is demonstrable impact
