COLTENE is a global leader in dental consumables and small equipment covering the whole dental treatment process. The company is headquartered in Altstätten, Switzerland, with state-of-the-art production facilities in Switzerland, the United States, Germany and Canada.

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Digital Strategy & AI Manager to lead COLTENE’s digital transformation. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the digital roadmap, driving AI and data initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives across global operations. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with technical fluency and a passion for innovation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI, or data-driven roles, ideally in a manufacturing or healthcare context
• Proven track record in leading digital and AI projects from concept to execution
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data architecture, and AI technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM, PIM, PLM and MarCom platforms
• Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI deployment
• Knowledge of dental or medical device industry is a plus

• Define and evolve COLTENE’s digital strategy in alignment with corporate goals and market trends
• Lead cross-functional digital initiatives, including mobile platforms, CRM, MarCom, and digital services like myCOLTENE
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize digital investments and ensure measurable business impact
• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide AI roadmap, including use cases in customer service, operations, and product innovation
• Lead the creation of a centralized data lake and ensure robust data governance and security
• Drive adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, LLM-based chatbots, and predictive analytics
• Build and lead a cross-functional team of digital specialists, data scientists, and external partners
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and KPIs are met
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement
• Act as a digital ambassador across the organization, promoting awareness and adoption of digital tools
• Partner with business units to identify digital opportunities and translate them into actionable projects
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic fit
