Data Manager (100%, fixed-term contract for 12 months)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated person to support the IT team.

• Development and implementation of guidelines for data classification, quality and security
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and compliance regulations (GDPR, internal guidelines)
• Development and maintenance of interfaces between ERP, CRM and BI systems
• Ensuring consistent data flows for operational and analytical processes
• Monitoring data quality (first point of contact for data quality issues), conducting root cause analyses and coordinating cleanups and validations.
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs for data quality
• Providing data for business intelligence and reporting
• Support in creating dashboards and analyses
• Participation in digitization projects (e.g. DMS, scanning, customer portal).
• Advising specialist departments on data architecture and usage.
• Creation of process documentation and guidelines.
• Conducting training courses for data management tools and processes

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data management or comparable training.
• Several years of experience in data management, data integration and business intelligence
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes and databases (SQL, Azure, possibly Power BI).
• Basic understanding of data protection and compliance, cloud architectures and interface technologies (APIs)
• Experience in ERP/CRM integration: Dynamics 365, NAV/Business Central
• Experience with data classification and security concepts
• Very good German skills and good English skills
