We are looking for a:

Context :

Infomaniak develops kDrive, a sovereign storage and collaboration solution, entirely hosted in our own Swiss data centers. We are designing an interconnected ecosystem with our productivity tools (Mail, kChat, kMeet), placing quality, reliability, and user experience at the heart of every technical iteration.

Your responsibilities:

• Deployment & Orchestration: Deploy, maintain, and optimize workloads on Kubernetes while maximizing resource efficiency
• Observability & Tracing: Implement application tracing solutions (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger) on distributed PHP and Go environments to facilitate debugging and performance optimization.
• Resource optimization: Working on cost and performance efficiency (autoscaling, scheduling, quota management, image optimization, densification...)
• Quality & Reliability: Ensuring the robustness, security, and reproducibility of deployments in a critical environment
• CI/CD & Automation: Improve and industrialize our GitLab CI pipelines. Manage deployments via Helmfile

The profile that excites us:

• Proven experience in Kubernetes (operators, Helm, CRDs, networking, autoscaling).
• Experience with Golang in the context of developing dedicated tooling (e.g., preview generation).
• Proficiency in GitLab CI (pipelines, runners, variables, integration with Kubernetes).
• A taste for quality, reliability and performance.
• Ability to work in a critical environment (high SLA, high availability).
• Good ability to collaborate with infrastructure teams

A plus if you have knowledge in:

• PHP / Laravel
• Experience with distributed storage technologies (S3, Ceph) or the manipulation of complex file systems
• Open-source contributions or side projects are welcome.
• You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate positive communication skills.
