Do you aspire to be part of a high performing Analytics and Transformation team within a global Compliance organisation at the forefront of the wealth management industry? In this diverse role you will implement new technologies, manage change initiatives, develop predictive models, and perform financial and economic analysis to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management. Working alongside Risk, Compliance, Analytics and Legal SMEs in highly skilled, fast-paced teams you will drive business value through collaboratively solving complex analytical problems.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Lead and support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to success, with focus on Non-Financial Risk (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Client Review or Sanctions)

  • Collaborate with internal IT and external providers to conduct in-depth analyses and identify best-in-class solutions by leveraging latest technology as well as the Compliance Analytics & Transformation in-house built infrastructure

  • Design, develop, monitor and document predictive models following industry best practices and sound theoretical foundation

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to design quantitative solutions using different analytical principles to optimise various banking processes

  • Assess and manage change requests raised by the business

  • Execute regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)

  • At least 5 years of Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to decompose complex solutions and data insights into a compelling storyline for the rest of the organisation

  • As an agile worker, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly

  • Enthusiastic about leveraging data and statistics to solve complex problems

  • Curious to learn new things and apply out-of-the-box thinking to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions

  • Team-oriented and enjoy collaborating with diverse experts, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome

  • Strong database programming skills (e.g. SQL)

  • Proficient in programming (e.g. in Python, R, Java, or C++)

  • Experience in project management or business analysis

  • Fluent in English (main business language), any further language is an advantage
