To handle the increasing number of orders, we are currently expanding our Bubendorf site with what will be the world's most modern peptide and oligonucleotide production facility. We are looking for:
To strengthen our Master Data & Services team in Quality Control (QC), we are looking for a dedicated individual with strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for electronic systems.
In this multifaceted role, you will be jointly responsible with the QC Master Data & Services Team for maintaining and further developing the QC master data to ensure the smooth execution of analytical processes.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Setting up, checking and optimizing master data in QC systems (LIMS, LES, CDS) in collaboration with the operational laboratories
  • Cross-system integration of LIMS/LES with CDS into a single functional unit
  • First-level support for our QC systems (e.g., LIMS, CDS)
  • Participation in project teams for the further development and optimization of electronic systems, as well as support in the validation of computer-aided systems.
  • Support in the area of ​​reference, document archiving and external analysis management
Your profile:
  • Completed studies in natural sciences or completed vocational training with a specialization in an analytical field (e.g., chemical laboratory assistant, CTA)
  • Professional experience in the chemical/analytical and GxP environments
  • Expertise in different analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, GC, IC, DC, MS, CHN)
  • Solid knowledge of electronic QC systems (e.g. Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS) and chromatography data software (e.g. Chromeleon))
  • Experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) is desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of electronic document management systems
  • Good knowledge of using Office programs
  • Quality-conscious, precise and service-oriented work ethic
  • Team player, reliable, flexible personality
  • Flexibility to quickly familiarize oneself with different subject areas and actively contribute to shaping them.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
