DevOps Engineer (m/f/x) - 80 to 100%

Deeply committed to its digital transformation, Vaudoise Assurances wishes to strengthen its Corporate Functions Solutions team and is looking for a DevOps Engineer, between 80 and 100%. This position is located within the TD/SI Department.

Through this role, you will join an agile team and gradually become a key contact to support the various development teams (Dev, Ops, Product Owners and Business Analysts).

The missions that await you:

• Create and improve services within our internal development platform
• Supporting development teams in setting up CI/CD pipelines and project infrastructure
• Automate processes using a standardized DevOps toolchain
• Supporting IT teams in adopting best practices
• Provide the necessary support for continuous improvement and incident resolution
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools

Your profile:

• Higher education qualification (HES, University, EPFL, engineering or equivalent) in computer science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role, and excellent command of DevOps concepts and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Ansible)
• Proven experience in continuous integration on CI/CD projects
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code concepts and Terraform, Ansible and Groovy scripting
• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Grafana
• Languages: French (native language), English (minimum B2)

Possessing strong technical leadership skills, you are proactive and a strong team player. You are able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with a strong focus on quality.
