Cybersecurity Expert – Data Protection (M/F)

The context

Within the IT Production Security – Data Protection team, you will contribute to securing and protecting data across an international scope of responsibility. You will propose and operate security services, while ensuring their operational maintenance and providing Level 2/3 support.

Your tasks

• Provide your expertise on data protection solutions: Broadcom DLP, Varonis, Tanium, tokenization (e.g., Regdata)

• Participate in defining architectures, building and evolving solutions

• Advising and supporting professionals on the security aspects of their projects

• Study, qualify and deploy new solutions, including on the Cloud (Microsoft 365, IBM Cloud)

• Write the technical and operational procedures

• Providing N2/N3 support, monitoring remediation efforts, and industrializing operational processes

• Collaborating closely with the CISO team on risk definition and assessment

The ideal candidate:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity (10 years highly preferred), in a demanding IT environment

• Expert in data protection and strong authentication

• Solid expertise in: security, infrastructure, architecture, Active Directory, IAM, UNIX/Windows systems

• Scripting PowerShell / Python et SQL

• Experience with Broadcom DLP, Varonis, or Tanium is a real plus.

• Fluent French and excellent level of English

• Rigour, autonomy, team spirit and a "continuous improvement" mindset

• Geneva (on-site – no remote work)

• For a leading international banking player, based in Geneva

• Contract: Permanent

• On-call duty 24/7 (one week per month) and production hours (8:30am–6:30pm)
