Senior Software Engineer "SmartFix" 80–100%

In this role, you will work on our platform for automated receipt and document processing (based on SmartFix) and play a key role in its further development. You will combine traditional software development with modern AI and automation technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of our solutions.

Main tasks

• Operation, optimization and further development of our IT platforms and services with a focus on SmartFix
• Conception and implementation of customer-specific cloud solutions
• Integration of modern AI and ML components into existing and new systems
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions in document management and processing.
• Taking over sub-projects as technical lead in the IDP environment

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or comparable practical experience in software development
• Several years of experience in the implementation of complex technical projects, ideally in the field of Intelligent Document Processing or Document Input/Output Management
• Experience in automated receipt and document processing, preferably with "SmartFix", is an advantage.
• Interest in or experience with AI, machine learning, regex, and scalable architectures
• Good scripting and database skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
• Fluent German and English skills (at least B2 level)
