Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (Talent Pool)
This position is not tied to a specific vacancy. We are building an evergreen talent pool and would like to connect with experienced full-stack software engineers who are interested in future, long-term projects in complex, cloud-native environments.
In this role, you will work in an agile, cross-functional team on the development, operation, and enhancement of modern software solutions for business-critical systems.
Your focus will be on full-stack development with a strong backend orientation. You will support solutions throughout the entire software lifecycle – from conception and implementation to production deployment.
This role is suitable for engineers who want to develop hands-on, value clean code, and take responsibility for stable systems.

Technically / System-oriented
- Design and development of backend services and APIs, primarily using Java and Spring Boot
- Development and maintenance of frontend components using TypeScript and Angular
- Design and further development of system components, interfaces and data models Support for the solution throughout its entire lifecycle: Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment
- Operation
- Ensuring performance, stability and maintainability in production operation
Product & Delivery oriented
- Translation of functional and technical requirements into working software solutions
- Contributing to backlog refinement, estimation, and delivery planning.
- Support for automated testing and ensuring test coverage
- End-to-end responsibility for features including operation and support Close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders
- Several years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Developer
- Excellent backend knowledge, ideally with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, Angular)
- Experience in developing cloud-native applications with containers
- Practical experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in agile software projects (Scrum / SAFe)
- Excellent German skills; good English skills
- Independent, structured work style and good communication skills
- Experience with deployment tools such as Helm or ArgoCD
- Knowledge of Maven, Gradle or Tekton
- Experience with data-intensive systems or analytics use cases
- Knowledge of event-driven or messaging architectures
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
- Experience in operationally critical system environments
