What you'll do: You'll take on technical leadership and consulting responsibilities in demanding projects, working closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams from requirements engineering, UX/UI design, and development. You'll test, document, optimize – and take ownership. You don't just think in lines of code, but in solutions: from the initial idea to sustainable implementation and maintenance. You enjoy collaborating with others – whether through pairing, reviews, or simply daily communication with the team. You actively share your knowledge and thrive in a strong, collaborative environment. Your profile: Completed computer science degree from a university of applied sciences, university, or ETH Zurich; at least 5 years of experience in full-stack (web) development (ideally with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Docker, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React); experience in software architecture and values ​​direct communication with clients; experience in planning and implementing technical projects using agile methods (Scrum); good communication skills, empathy, and a good sense of humor; drive to develop personally and professionally with us; very good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level), Swiss German is an advantage.
