• As a (Senior) Data & AI Engineer (all genders) you are part of a highly qualified team in Zurich that is actively shaping the future of cloud solutions and AI technologies.
• You will be responsible for the conception, development and implementation of scalable and high-performance cloud and data engineering solutions that enable our customers to make data-driven decisions and advance their business development.
• With your in-depth knowledge, you transform complex data into smart, action-oriented insights and contribute your expertise to the selection and implementation of state-of-the-art technologies.
• You work with leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, use Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions such as Terraform and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Your tasks also include the development and optimization of data pipelines, the use of big data technologies such as Apache Spark, and the integration of event streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka.
• You promote the use of AI and ML solutions, from data preparation and model training to operationalization in cloud environments.

What makes you stand out

• You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics, data science or related fields and have already gained at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the development of cloud and data solutions.
• You have advanced programming skills in Python and solid experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Certifications are a plus.
• You have in-depth knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and big data frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• You are distinguished by your profound experience with DevOps principles, container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• You are familiar with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and have experience in operationalizing models in cloud environments.
• Your analytical skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach, enable you to confidently master complex challenges.
• Your strong team spirit and trustworthy personality make you a valued team member.
• Your strong communication skills enable you to inspire and support both clients and colleagues. Prior experience in consulting or project acquisition is an advantage.
• You speak fluent German and English.
