Tasks
1. AI Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own properti's company-wide AI strategy, directly aligned with the company's growth agenda
  • Define in strong alignment with leadership team which AI initiatives we build, buy, or partner on – and in what sequence
  • Translate business goals (transactions, agent productivity, basket size) into a prioritised AI roadmap with measurable impact
2. AI Adoption & Departmental Enablement
  • Define AI adoption targets per department (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product) and hold department heads accountable
  • Build and roll out AI enablement programs: playbooks, toolkits, training – so teams automate independently, not via a central bottleneck
  • Establish a monthly AI adoption review with department leads; report progress directly to CEO
  • Own the metric: % of core workflows with AI or automation component – track it, publish it, improve it
3. AI Governance & Standards
  • Define and enforce company-wide AI governance: build standards, data ethics principles, vendor evaluation criteria
  • Establish a framework for cross-functional AI prioritisation – preventing siloed tool sprawl across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Own the AI tool and infrastructure landscape; make build vs. buy decisions with CFO/CTO input
4. Cross-Functional AI Leadership
  • Work with Growth, Product, Data, Sales, and Marketing to embed AI across all core workflows
  • Optimize and lead AI initiatives including: Agent CoPilot (IREA)
  • Drive adoption of AI tools across the agent organisation; measure impact on productivity and transaction velocity

5. Management Thought Partnership

  • Act as a strategic sounding board for the CEO on AI-related decisions and market developments
  • Monitor the competitive AI landscape in PropTech and translate signals into actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to company strategy sessions, board workshops, and leadership offsites
  • Serve as properti's AI authority in investor communications – pitches, data room, due diligence
  • Build and own the narrative that positions properti's AI capabilities
Job requirements
Must-Haves:
  • 8+ years of experience in AI strategy, AI Product Leadership, or related fields
  • Proven track record of building AI roadmaps in a Scaleup or high-growth environment (not only consulting slides)
  • Ability to communicate AI value clearly to investors, board members, and non-technical executives
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML architecture, data platforms, and modern automation tooling
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Operations
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience driving AI adoption across non-technical teams; knows how to create pull, not just push
  • Has built enablement programs that made departments self-sufficient – not dependent on a central AI team
Strong Advantage:
  • Background in PropTech, FinTech, or platform business models
  • Track record of positioning AI as a revenue or valuation lever (not cost reduction)
  • Experience with AI-Tools, Make, n8n, Gemini, or comparable enterprise AI platforms
  • German-speaking
  • Prior exposure to Swiss or DACH market
  • Academic background from a leading university (ETH, EPFL, HSG, or international equivalent) is a plus – what matters most is demonstrable impact
