In the context of the complete takeover of the Hirslanden Group by MSC and the associated unbundling of Mediclinic Group and its divisions, jointly used systems will be duplicated and transferred to the sole responsibility of the Hirslanden Group.
- Takeover, professional and technical support of the TIBCO EBX application as a central data quality management and governance application, as well as the HR Data Lake "HR Vault" based on SQL databases
- Taking on the role of SQL database specialist with responsibility for the design, operation, monitoring and optimization of the underlying database landscape (including performance, availability, backup/recovery)
- Contribution of Java developer know-how for the development, extension and operation of components, services and interfaces based on CData
- Responsibility for the stable operation, further development and configuration of the EBX application, including user, role and authorization management.
- Application responsibility for EBX to support various business-critical use cases and processes, in particular:
- Enterprise Structure Maintenance (ERS) inkl. System-Mappings
- HR Job Governance
- Rights Governance (RBP) for various applications and business processes
- Support and advice to specialist departments (especially HR, Finance and Procurement) in the modeling, maintenance and use of master and reference data in EBX and the HR Data Lake
- Implementation and further development of governance, approval and control processes within the EBX application and the HR Data Lake, including consolidation and any necessary migration to the existing data platform of the Hirslanden Group.
- Ensuring data quality, data consistency and traceability of the data managed in EBX and the HR Data Lake
- Completed studies in computer science, medical informatics or comparable technical training
- Solid computer science knowledge in infrastructure architecture, integration and databases
- Excellent knowledge of data governance and data quality management
- Several years of professional experience in systems engineering or equivalent in critical 24/7 environments
- Excellent knowledge of MS-SQL and Java, good knowledge of scripting (T-SQL)
- On-call duty readiness
- High self-motivation, team player, and enjoys growing within complex system landscapes.
- Analytical, structured work style and a strong service orientation
- Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an advantage.
