Job Description

Integrated within our Data Office and reporting to the Senior Director of Data, your main mission will be to define and apply the data governance framework, ensuring the quality and consistency of critical data, while strengthening the company's maturity in terms of reference data and Master Data Management.

  • Deploying and structuring the data governance framework: policies, standards, roles and cross-functional processes
  • Oversee data quality (controls, monitoring, remediation plans) to ensure its reliability on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate compliance and data protection initiatives (GDPR, security, internal best practices)
  • Manage the Data Catalog, repositories, and documentation to ensure consistent and controlled information management.
  • Supporting business teams in defining and optimizing their data needs, and strengthening the data-driven culture
  • Collaborating with IT and business experts to improve the performance, availability, and use of key data
  • Facilitating governance bodies (Data Council) and driving the continuous evolution of the data management framework
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve data-related processes in order to support business objectives
Qualifications
  • Holding a Master's degree in computer science, data management, or an equivalent qualification, you have significant and successful experience in a similar role.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Master Data Management tools and data catalogs.
  • You are perfectly fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • With excellent communication and simplification skills, you influence and engage diverse stakeholders in a data-driven approach.
  • Your collaborative leadership, your sense of service, and your ability to unite people enable you to effectively lead change in a demanding environment.
  • Meticulous, with a keen eye for detail and strong integrity, you guarantee the reliability, compliance, and confidentiality of data.
  • Capable of reconciling strategic vision and operational execution, you bring an analytical, structured, and continuous improvement-oriented approach.
