Your IMPACT:
- Create insightful dashboards, reports, and analyses to support management, sales, marketing, channel, and product management in making data-driven decisions.
- Perform complex data analyses and visualizations (e.g., time series, geospatial, correlation, and network analyses) using tools such as Excel, Python, Tableau, and modern data science methods.
- Lead customer segmentation and CRM data cleansing projects to sustainably improve data quality and optimize market coverage for sales and marketing.
- Use AI and machine learning technologies to develop predictive models, model opportunities, and analyze customer feedback.
- Automate and optimize processes and workflows using Python, Power Automate, BAT scripts, and Selenium – including further development of a Python opportunity generation tool for Salesforce.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business informatics, data science or a comparable field, as well as several years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence or CRM-related roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Python and data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy), experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau, Salesforce Analytics) as well as sound knowledge of data modeling, statistics and machine learning.
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), data quality management, automation tools (Power Automate, Selenium) and scripting languages is an advantage.
- Ability to transform complex data structures into actionable insights, experience with time series, geodata and market analyses, and a strong hands-on mentality.
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages such as French are a plus.
