PIM Software Engineer

The PIM Software Engineer develops the stable, scalable, and future‑proof services around Sika’s Product Information Management (PIM) platform based on Stibo STEP. The goal is enhance business processes around PIM with APIs and microsites that provide robust technical solutions to support the structured rollout of PIM. The role complements and strengthens the existing STEP expertise, by bringing additional software engineering capacity to support integrations, automations, and productivity enhancements.

Responsibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full stack software engineering experience is required.
• Strong skills with Python and JavaScript is mandatory.
• Database, Algorithms, UX principles are expected.
• Commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to move between diverse types of tasks, and the desire to do so.
