Master Data Management Architecte (H/F)

As part of a data transformation program for a major Swiss player (demanding, multi-domain environment, high volumes, quality & governance challenges), we are looking for a Reltio Architect / Technical Lead (MDM) to design and lead the implementation of an MDM platform based on Reltio , with a strong focus on architecture, integration, and delivery.

• Define the MDM architecture and modeling principles (entities, relationships, hierarchies, repositories, crosswalks, governance).

• Design and implement Reltio data models and their evolution (versioning, best practices, alignment with business needs).

• Define and configure MDM rules: match/merge , survivorship , identifier management, standardization/normalization, quality and controls.

• Lead and contribute to integration : Reltio APIs, eventing, flows, synchronization with upstream/downstream IS via Reltio Integration Hub and/or ETL/ESB tools.

• Participate in migration topics (mapping, loading strategy, cutover), and ensure a secure production deployment.

• Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, non-regression), and support the UAT phases with the business teams.

• To act as a technical expert : L3 support, incident analysis, performance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement.

• To provide technical guidance to a team (design review, code review if applicable, coaching, standards, documentation).

• Produce clear documentation: architecture, specifications, guidelines, runbook.

• Advanced degree (BAC+5) in computer science, data, engineering or equivalent.

• 7+ years of experience in Data / MDM / integration, including significant experience in a Lead / Architect role .

• Practical experience on Reltio (MDM configuration, data model, match/merge/survivorship, integrations, migration).

• Excellent command of data integration topics (REST API, JSON, event-driven, ETL/ESB) and complex IT environments.

• Solid foundations in Data Governance and data quality (golden record, lineage, stewardship, controls).

• Ability to challenge, structure, prioritize and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

• Reltio : data model, configuration, règles match/merge & survivorship, APIs, concepts MDM.

• Architecture & integration: REST, events, integration patterns, mapping, synchronization, error handling.

• Data management: quality, deduplication, repositories, governance, best practices.

• Leadership : animation technique, documentation, standards, coordination.

Nice-to-have

• Experience on large-scale Data transformation programs (multi-domain, multi-system).

• Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD tools and practices around Data platforms.

• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and observability tools (monitoring, logs).

• Additional knowledge: data catalog, IAM, security, GDPR.
