• You develop and implement a company-wide data strategy.
• You will act as the main point of contact for all overarching data-related topics in our company and actively promote a data-driven culture as well as the further development of data competence.
• You are responsible for developing and maintaining guidelines and processes for data governance, defining roles for data maintenance and data quality, and documenting data sources, data flows, strategy, processes, and standards in an understandable and actionable way.
• You integrate the data architecture into the existing enterprise architecture and define standards and best practices for data management in the context of the enterprise architecture.
• You will be responsible for the further development of the reporting landscape with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring consistent reporting through the creation and maintenance of semantic models, and supporting our specialist departments in the creation of reports and dashboards.

• Completed studies (University/ETH, University of Applied Sciences, Higher Technical College) in the field of Data Science, Statistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related subject area
• Proven experience in end-to-end data architectures (design, build, operation, governance) across multiple systems and departments.
• Deep expertise in BI architectures (Power BI and Fabrics), including complex data modeling, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.
• Experience in defining and implementing data governance and data quality concepts, and the ability to adapt these to the SME level.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and present complex topics in an understandable way.
