Your tasks

• You are responsible for the data quality of the IPS/Neo data and manage data access in coordination with the data owners.
• You are responsible for preparing and providing regular exports to registries such as the Minimal Dataset of Intensive Care Medicine (MDSi).
• For MDSi, you are responsible, together with the medical staff, for mapping the dataset definition to the hospital's internal processes and systems.
• You gather the data needs from the clinic, develop solutions and formulate ICT requirements together with intensive care experts.
• Harmonizing data/data semantics, data processing and modeling is also part of your responsibilities (collaboration with the ICT team).
• You are responsible for creating dashboards (Power BI) and statistics such as benchmarking.
• You will collaborate with national and international registries and studies, including in the field of machine learning/artificial intelligence/assisted decision-making.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training and relevant professional experience, either with a primary healthcare profession and experience in data management; or with primary training in data science/data management and experience in the healthcare sector/medical informatics.
• Experience in handling databases and managing large datasets; ideally in the healthcare sector; experience with PDMS systems is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and MS SQL is required; knowledge of Power BI, Python, R, or STATA/SPSS, and RedCap is also required.
• Independent, reliable, and precise personality
• Very good German and English skills
