Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) strategy across the organization, ensure compliance with access control standards, policies and procedures.
Enforce secure privilege principles and conduct regular access reviews and certifications of accounts and roles, with the support of the different business owners.
Stay updated on IAM architecture to enhance security and user experience.
Continuously enhance IAM processes, leveraging automation and AI-driven security solutions.
Manage IAM related risks and mitigations with the different counter parts (IAM teams, business teams).
