What You Will Do You will design and build specialized AI agents capable of autonomously setting up engineering and design workflows. You will: Develop and maintain AI agents with tailored retrieval, planning, memory, and reasoning components to support engineering workflows. Work across the stack to prototype and refine user–agent interactions, ensuring practical and intuitive collaboration for engineers. Set up and maintain a rigorous evaluation and benchmark environment, incl. defining fitness metrics, setting up monitoring and tests.
