We’re a startup going agentic We're looking for an experienced Head of AI & Automation with strong ownership and a track record of delivering high-performance, production-grade systems end-to-end. You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving team to design and implement scalable AI and automation workflows. ➡️ About this role: This is qiibee's first dedicated AI hire — and one of the most consequential roles we've ever created. You'll own the end-to-end rollout of AI agents across the company: from mapping repeating workflows to deploying production-ready automations, and from quick wins to complex multi-step agentic pipelines. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and engineering, working directly with every team to identify where AI creates the most leverage — and then building it yourself. This isn't a consultant role or an oversight role. You'll be hands-on in the code and in the room.
