Mission Lead the Bank’s Cyber Engineering function to design, build, and operate secure-by-design platforms and controls that proactively prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats. Own the end-to-end engineering roadmap for cyber capabilities, ensuring resilience, reliability, and compliance across hybrid on prem and cloud environments.
Main responsibilities
Define and execute the cyber engineering roadmap aligned to the Bank’s risk appetite and business goals.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across security engineering, DevSecOps, and cyber platform operations.
Own budget, vendor strategy, and capacity planning for cyber tooling and platforms.
Establish and enforce security-by-design and security-by-default patterns across infrastructure, applications, and data.
Industrialize security controls via automation, IaC, and CI/CD integration; shift-left security in development lifecycle.
