Role Summary: The Sr Director - Data & Analytics will manage a team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Architects and Software Engineers and partner with Product Managers to identify product advancement & enhancement opportunities. Essential Responsibilities: You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business Finance Leaders, subject-matter-experts, infrastructure partners, ERP teams and analytics developers to define the path to future of work for Power FP&A and how digital will enable that. As a key member of the Executive Director staff role ensures the team has the facilities, tools, resources and skills they need to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and delivery of pilots and projects.
