The company was founded in January 2024 by Schuyler Weiss, Mathieu Clement, Philippe Kernevez, and Gregory Bataille, and it maintains offices in Providence, RI and Lausanne, VD. Light Frame completed its Pre-seed round of financing in April 2024, with ATX Venture Partners and New Stack Ventures co-leading the round. Other investors include Rogue Venture Partners, Halfcourt Ventures, Studio Alpha, and Underdog Labs.
