OST – Ostschweizer Fachhochschule

Since September 1, 2020, the OST - Ostschweizer Fachhochschule has combined the tried-and-tested universities of applied sciences FHS St.Gallen, HSR Rapperswil and NTB Buchs into a strong university of applied sciences in eastern Switzerland and is building on more than 170 years of educational and research experience. At the three OST locations in Buchs, Rapperswil-Jona and St.Gallen, around 3,700 students study 20 bachelor's and master's courses. You benefit from more than 180 university cooperations in 52 countries and the practical know-how transfer from more than 1000 active research and development projects in cooperation with industry and research partners, which are carried out in our 35 research institutes and competence centers.
