Oliver Hoffmann and Philippe Mantel are the equal owners of The Brains GmbH. We also operate the Fernweh-Jobs.ch brand with our subsidiary in Portugal (The Brains Unipessoal Lda, Lisbon). The business model is the placement of young, German-speaking people in non-German-speaking countries - the focus here is usually on the experience abroad and not the job.
