Your tasks

  • Build the information governance department in the canton of Lucerne on a greenfield site.
  • In the newly created position, you will work with the departments to develop and establish standards and procedures for data management and define responsibilities.
  • You integrate the concerns of information security, data protection and records management into the structure of information governance.
  • In exchange with experts in the information governance environment, you will further expand your know-how and implement best practices.

  • You are enthusiastic about topics such as data maturity, open government data, data rooms, AI governance, the once-only principle and data science.
  • You have already gained experience in a comparable position with a focus on data and information management, governance and compliance.
  • You will be able to translate various technical requirements into viable solutions.
  • You will shape the structure of information governance with enthusiasm and target group-oriented communication.
