MSC Cargo CRM Global Team is seeking a Senior CRM Data Analyst based in Geneva with a strong background in data analysis and experience in Customer Service, Sales projects, and Marketing campaign activities.

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of CRM projects from a customer data perspective, focusing on delivering meaningful analyses, reports and actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders. He/she will also ensure that all customer data projects are properly addressed and followed through.


  • Be a key player on ensuring the success of Customer Service transformation, analyzing a vast amounts of data and identifying correlations and patterns to enhance the customer experience, as well as internal operational processes.
  • Lead the business data requirements for the CRM Customer Service tool, ensuring that collected data is meaningful and easily actionable.
  • Proactively propose customer analyses & dashboards to monitor & steer the key aspects CRM
  • Collaborate on CS, sales and marketing stream projects, supporting the Data Leader where needed
  • Work closely with other Data Analysts across the company on joint projects to identify and leverage synergies, as well as to enhance data governance and business knowledge.


  • Self-starting, make-it-happens attitude.
  • Well-structured and organized, able to manage multitasking without dropping quality.
  • Min 4 years in qualified Customer / CRM Data roles.
  • Min. 2 years of qualified B2B CRM experience (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python.
  • Solid knowledge on descriptive and predictive analytics.
  • Familiar with Agile.
  • Past experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholders projects.
  • Experience with MSC or competitors’ companies (nice to have).
