The Airlock Secure Access Hub is Ergon's security solution. Airlock ensures secure access management and prevents attacks on APIs and web applications. In addition to IAM and application protection, we deal with topics such as self-sovereign identities, machine learning, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code.

What you do in our team

Modern IT security architectures are changing towards micro-segmentation and zero trust architectures; Software development happens in agile teams according to DevOps paradigms. To meet these requirements, we are breaking new ground with the Airlock Microgateway.

• As part of the product development team, you have the chance to help shape the new development of the Airlock Microgateway and thus the future of the Airlock Secure Access Hub.
• You are involved in the development of a security product (Web Application Firewall) and thus contribute to the protection of a large number of critical web applications.
• You develop solution and architecture designs and, as a developer, implement new functions in the area of ​​configuration management and deployment of Airlock Microgateway in Kubernetes.
• With your experience and passion for software development and innovative approaches, you will help us continually develop our product and the team

What expertise you bring with you

• University degree in computer science (ETH/FH/Uni)
• Practical and in-depth experience in the software engineering process and agile software development, experience with the Go language is an advantage
• Experience with Kubernetes and the development of Kubernetes operators and/or cloud-native applications
• Experience with Envoy, OpenShift, Istio Service Mesh, Ingress Controller, Prometheus or Helm is an advantage
• Experience with Linux platforms, CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages ​​(Shell, Python)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
