Software Engineer Robotics (m/w/d)

• Technical responsibility for a technology field related to the topics of digital twin, automation with AI, simulations and model-based engineering
• Creation of roadmaps, concepts and system architectures in the area of ​​distributed virtual systems and their networking (IT networks and cloud)
• Implementation and programming of algorithms and technology demonstrators, as well as supporting the line with the transfer to the products
• Professional support for temporary staff and interns in collaboration with universities and institutions

• University degree from ETH/FH in a technical discipline, PhD an advantage
• Innovative personality who feels comfortable in an academic environment and can inspire other people about technology
• Versatile developer with experience as a software architect and in programming in C/C++ (Python and others an advantage)
• Practical experience in algorithm design, discrete optimization methods, computer vision, machine learning and/or data science / data mining
• Confident handling of Linux on embedded systems and/or servers and familiar with IT security topics
• Independent, structured way of working
• Strong communication skills (also at management level) and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
