Your tasks

As a project manager, you are responsible for the following activities:

  • Managing customer relationships and expectations
  • Planning and coordinating the deployment of our solutions according to standard procedures and tools, monitoring all activities
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and within budget
  • Coordination of internal resources and third parties/partners for the flawless execution of projects
  • Organization and management of steering committees
  • Reporting and escalating to management as required
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks, suggesting and implementing appropriate remedial measures if necessary
  • Participation in presales activities

your profile
  • 5 years of experience managing cybersecurity projects
  • IT experience, knowledge and skills (software engineering, ICT systems engineering, etc.)
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer relations and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Agility, strong commitment and discipline to focus
  • Languages: English and German or French (fluent), two official Swiss languages ​​are a plus
  • Cybersecurity and/or project management certifications such as CISSP or Hermes are an advantage
