“Sheltered from time!” ", is the motto of the leader in waterproofing which employs some 230 employees in French-speaking Switzerland. Sheltered from the weather: no mistakes are allowed when it comes to making a roof perfectly waterproof. Since Philippe Joseph bought the Georges Dentan SA company in 1971, the latter has continued to grow and expand. His sons, Yves and Alain, today administrators, took over in 1998, then delegated general management to Frédéric Aleman since October 2008. “We needed a new lease of life in the house,” says Alain Joseph who , in his capacity as vice-president of FC Lausanne Sport, knows how to give every chance to a winning team. After having turned around the Chaux-de-Fondière company Dentan SA in just two years, in 1999, which was then in bad shape, Frédéric Aleman infused the group with a new corporate culture. Advocating unity in diversity, he initiated the development of the IT process, gave impetus to the creation of the TeamTech structure, encouraged greater visibility of the group while respecting the diversity of the limited companies that make it up, encouraged research and development of new technologies such as solar (photovoltaic), gave everyone the opportunity to get involved and obtain ISO certification, unified the corporate, launched a Tempus company journal.
