Job Description
Content:
- Planning, executing and monitoring batch processing in the DWH production and test environments and communicating with partners from development, requirements management and specialist departments
- Creating and automating batch processing and integrating other systems (using DB, ETL and shell scripts, etc.)
- Error analysis and troubleshooting in batch processing
- Participation in planning batch operations (production plan, release and maintenance plan)
- Participation in IT projects with a focus on batch/job management
- Creating analyzes for batches
Requirements:
- Completed training in computer science or relevant professional experience in this field
- Knowledge of batch management
- Experience with automating processes using scripting languages (Shell, SQL, etc.) in the Unix environment
- Experience in the operating environment of distributed, complex IT systems is an advantage
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German, good knowledge of English
