CONTEXT

As part of our effort putting in place a data driven security approach, we are hiring a full stack data scientist. He/Her will participate in the delivery of data visualization, data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions, by Identifying Group Security data sources, collecting the data from various internal and external locations, working with the different business stakeholders to identify use cases where data can bring an added value and develop them. The tools that the Full Stack Data Scientist deliver will ensure a data driven Cyber and Physical security detection and will provide an anticipatory security intelligence & visibility.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Work closely with the Group Security members in identifying use cases with big added value ensuring a data driven security
• Transform the identified use cases into clear technical requirements
• Translate the requirements into live and running data tools and predictive models
• Ensure the DevOps and MLOps through the full life cycle of the developed solutions
• Daily support of the different Group Security teams in term of Data Analytics
• Continuous monitoring of new technologies, research, and the market for the further development of the individual and team results

HOW WILL YOUR EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

• You hold a higher education in a quantitative field like computer science, mathematics, statistics or similar
• You have a broad experience working in the data and/or software security domains, developing Data Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools, you have also developed in Python/Ruby or equivalent programming languages
• You have proven knowledge and hands-on expertise in Machine Learning (Natural Language Processing, Time Series forecasting, Anomaly detection technics)
• And also experience developing web-based data visualization solutions and knowledge of one or more of the most common commercial ones like Tableau and Kibana
• Common Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, Elastic have no secret for you
• You are familiar with Unix based systems and their most common commands/tools
• You have a Big interest in security and cyber resilience domains
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have worked in large and multi-dimensional and international environments
• You are fluent in English and French would be an asset

She/He will have a big autonomy and a room to enhance the current tools/processes and even starting new initiatives. She/He will part of a big adventure transforming the Group Security into a fully data driven organization.

She/he will be strong contributor to the Group Data Community, in particular intensity on Data Science. She/he will be based at our HQ in Geneva.
