For the continuous and consistent implementation of our Mobile-First Strategy for SwissID, we are building up and expanding our Mobile Engineering Team. As an experienced Mobile Software Engineer you are familiar with the development of business critical apps and drive the development of the SwissID app with your know-how.

Your field of activity

• Build, deploy, test and manage mobile applications for web, iOS and Android - Creating functionality for features and taking ownership of features as they are developed
• Fixing bugs and optimizing existing code to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
• Implementation and participation in code reviews for software and active participation in design reviews
• We are currently migrating from Xamarin to Flutter, and this is the area of expertise that would be additional asset
• Collaboration with cross-functional Scrum team members such as product management, backend
• Responsibility for testing the mobile app and backend APIs

Your Profile

• You have a university or technical college degree in computer science or comparable
• You know how to build and deploy Flutter or Android NDK applications, or you are willing to learn Flutter and already have expertise in Xamarin
• Nice to have a working background with Flutter State Management solutions (e.g. GetX, BLOC, Provider, MobX etc.) / architecture
• You have practical experience with Firebase (deeplinks, remote configuration), application security and/or Docker deployment models
• Experience with Mobile Security, Spring Boot, REST, OpenID Connect, SAML as well as GitLab and App Stores is an advantage
• You speak fluent English, knowledge of German is an advantage
