Senior Clinical Data Scientist

Main activities

• Lead and manage all clinical data management activities on assigned clinical studies to deliver high quality data and meet the study milestones
• Act as the primary point of contact for Data Management with the study teams, CRO and external vendors. Coordinate the data management for outsourced clinical studies
• Oversee, review or develop key deliverables such as eCRF, DVP writing and programming, DMP/DMR, SAE reconciliation plan and DTA/DTS, in compliance with international regulatory guidelines and Internal SOPs
• Oversee or develop the built of the clinical databases, execution of the User Acceptance Testing, data cleaning and quality control
• Design and specify the reporting needs and dashboard to ensure clear data review and monitoring
• Knowledge of relevant statistical methods, algorithms, data mining and data modelling, development of reports and visualization of results, such as descriptive analysis and key results
• Participate in the development, review and implementation of internal SOPs, instructions and templates
• Any other specific assignment that may be entrusted to you by the Management

Your profile

• Minimum B.Sc. degree in a scientific or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in clinical data management
• Operational experience with a major EDC platforms (e.g. Merative, RAVE)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA is a plus
• Knowledge in biostatistics and programming languages (e.g. SAS, R, Python) is a plus
• Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools (e.g. cognos, SAP BO, Tableau Spotfire)
• Excellent organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, in a matrix environment and with virtual teams
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, CDISC and medical terminology
• Fluent in English, French is a strong asset
