To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head of Data & Analytics (f/m/d) in Zurich for a workload of 80-100% with immediate effect or by appointment
Your tasks
- Project management of tracking concepts for marketing campaigns and data integration, visualization and modelling
- Leading a team of data and tracking specialists
- Responsible for communication between clients, internal media consultants and other stakeholders
- Setup and implementation of the team processes and agile integration into the process framework of Hoy and its partner agencies
- Contact person for questions about MarTech and development of recommendations for action in the event of problems
- Responsibility for the operational development of the Hoy Data Warehouse and other tools developed in-house
- Implementation and controlling of internal projects involving the Tracking and Analytics team
- Conception of analysis requirements in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform or Adobe Analytics
- Implementation of internal and external workshops on relevant topics and trends
your profile
- min. 5 years of operational experience in online analytics, tracking and reporting of marketing campaigns
- Competence in leading and motivating employees as well as agile project management
- Good knowledge of various online marketing tools: Analytics systems (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager (GTM, Tealium Adobe), DMPs (Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce DMP (Krux), Lotame), Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
- Very good understanding (conceptual and operational) of tracking systems such as Floodlight (GMP), Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager or comparable systems
- Experience with data visualization software: Tableau, Google Looker Studio or similar.
- Knowledge of database architecture and SQL
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, economics or comparable disciplines. A technical degree is a plus
- Very good knowledge of German and English
