The Audience department serves as a mirror for the German-speaking Swiss population and ensures a needs-based, future-oriented and concession-compliant offer for all parts of society.
What are your responsibilities?
In the Analytics department of the Audience department, you will be involved in the following tasks with immediate effect or by appointment:- Independent conception, implementation and mediation of cross-platform analyzes and reports on the use of the SRF offer as well as environment and competition analyses
- From this, deriving recommendations for optimizing the offer as a basis for operative and strategic decisions within the framework of the SRF-wide offer strategy, development and control
- Participation in the development and implementation as well as shared responsibility for company-wide strategy processes, the consolidation of knowledge across various sub-strategies and the continuous further development and strengthening of the audience perspective in the area of strategic management
- Support in the further development of the data, analysis and reporting landscape in the Analytics department
What are you bringing with you?
- Technical college or university degree in the field (related to quantitative research methods and data analysis methods, strategic management) as well as a strong ability to gain insights relevant to action from the analysis of data and to make them usable for strategic and operational business decisions
- Enthusiasm, research curiosity and great interest in the Swiss and international media landscape
- Good communication, appearance and presentation skills as well as a talent for preparing complex issues in an understandable and visually clear way
- Spirit of initiative, solution orientation and motivation for interdisciplinary work
