In order to strengthen the Methods & Industrialization team of our Manufacture of Movements and Haute Horlogerie based in Sentier, we are looking for a

BI & Data Methods Engineer

Reporting to our Methods & Industrialization Manager, you participate in the transformation of the Manufacture as a key player in the change and evolution of our data. By identifying the needs and improvements, you ensure the realization of the necessary tools as well as their appropriation by the users.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for the quality and integrity of data. As such, you are in charge of identifying new sources of data relevant to our activities.

You are also responsible for developing KPIs, producing business analyzes and making recommendations to management.

You work in a logic of standardization and continuous improvement and you ensure a technological watch on new tools to carry out data analysis.

As an SAP key user, you support users in the field, ensure their training while representing the main point of contact with the DATA & PLM and IT teams. In this context, you are able to ensure versatility within the Methods & Industrialization team.

Your constant presence with the field teams allows you to understand the constraints of each and thus offer support and tools adapted to the needs.

Finally, you implement control, automation and validation mechanisms, in parallel ensure the sustainability of the results and formalize your approach and the improvements made.

Profile

With the benefit of a training as a generalist engineer or engineer in computer development, you are truly passionate about the valuation of data as well as technological evolution. You have previous experience in a similar position, ideally in a manufacturing industry.

Recognized for your mastery of SAP, Power BI and SQL Server, you have good knowledge of Office 365.

Excellent communicator and true facilitator, you are sensitive to the needs and constraints of other departments and your relational skills allow you to create links and synergies.
